Fasthole Production EDM Machine

The Fasthole Production EDM machine is designed for the
production of holes and/or slots in fluid power or automotive
components. This machine features intuitive operation, easy
setup, simple maintenance and solid construction for a long life. It will provide precise hole location and consistent hole size. The machine comes standard configured with three axes of CNC positioning capability, and options to add two additional axes.

The EDM head represents the latest advance technology in linear motor design. The machine features an easy to use CNC and EDM generator combination running under Microsoft Windows XP for ease of use and operator familiarity. The EDM capacity of 60 or 120 amps allows for large deep holes, and its high speed design does this with very low recast. Automatic breakthrough detection allows holes into areas where back wall impingement must be avoided. EDM performance is monitored on every hole
